Bottom Round Roast and Boneless Butterflied Pork Chops

Cheddar Cabbage Casserole.
Ingredients:
1 medium head (about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds) cabbage chopped coarsely
1 clove garlic, halved
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons spicy mustard or Dijon
8 ounces white Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/3 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
generous grating of fresh pepper, about 1/4 teaspoon
Topping
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional

4 cups water
3 cups broth, chicken, fat-free, salt-free
1/2 stalks celery, chopped
4 onions, green, chopped with tops
2 cups tomato's, chopped
1 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cups chicken, cooked, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
